TETAMANU VILLAGE & SAUVAGE

Tetamanu village is a charming hostel located an hour and a half by boat from the airport and harbor, along the southern pass of Fakarava, in the old village of Tetamanu, where the first church of the Tumatotus was built.
It consists of 5 beach bungalows and one garden bungalow, all equipped with toilet and individual shower (cold water) with a big bed (2 persons) and a small bed that fits one person, with, for all, a view on the pass Tumakohua.
It also consists of a restaurant located on the edge of the pass where a natural aquarium underneath one’s feet may be admired and so you can observe : sandperches, sharks, damselfishes, napoleons, morays, and many others.

THE RESTAURANT

The bar restaurant on water is located on the edge of the pass and is linked to solid ground by a deck. The restaurant is located on the pass and offers an exceptional view where beneath one’s feet a natural aquarium may be admired where sharks, morays, goatfishes, sandperches, and so on evolve. All meals take place at Tetamanu Village. We offer a buffet for lunch and dinner.
